Christmas lights blessing in Syderstone
Father Clive blessed the Christmas tree in Syderstone on 1 December. He was also thrilled to be asked to switch on the lights. He then joined parishioners afterwards in the village hall to sing Carols and enjoy mince pies. Fr. Clive is pictured here with Martin Niemann.
Acts of Remembrance Across the Creakes Benefice
There was an Act of Remembrance following the Benefice Sung Mass in South Creake and Morning Worship in Syderstone on Remembrance Sunday. Both services were at 10am. There was also an Act of Remembrance before Choral Matins in North Creake at 11.30am.
Special Choral Evensong for the Commemoration of the Faithful Departed
We had a special Choral Evensong on Sunday in The Church of Saint Mary the Virgin, North Creake for the Commemoration of the Faithful Departed. A good-sized congregation was present, and refreshments were provided after what was a very moving service.
